Bottom Bow: Pinwheel with no tails
18″ of 1 1/2″ red (only needed 17″) folded on 3 1/2″ template
Top Bow: Boutiques with no tails, infinity fold
16″ of 7/8″ white
Center: 7/8″ red glitter, folded outside in to meet in back to make it closer to 3/8″ and glued down, then wrapped center.
Mount on 60mm french clip lined in 3/8″ red
